Oak Gallery is a french art studio founded by Marine Echavidre.
We are located in the Bordeaux area, France (33).
ORDER SPECIFICATIONS:
SIZES :
All limited art prints, fine art prints or original artworks are available in only one size.
It's not possible to customize a print in different size. The dimensions of the art prints are noticed on each product file.
S = A4 : 21x29,7cm
M = 30x40cm
L = A2 : 42x59,4 cm (fine art print, giclée print)
STOCK :
- S/M art print : All models shown on this website are available and ready to be ordered. Each art print is a limited edition (between 100 and 200 copies). Once the model is out of stock, there is no reedition, it's gone for good.
- L - Fine Art Print : Due to a different printing process which requires special attentions, all the fine art prints are printed on demand only.
As consequences, there is an additional delay for shipping. (cf. order processing time)
PAYMENT :
We accept payment by Stripe system as : VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay. And trough Paypal.
You can choose to pay by Stripe system or Paypal. All prices are mentioned in Euro, all taxes included.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.
CUSTOMS DUTIES :
For all orders from a EU country you are not beholden of customs duties. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. These additional costs are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.
ORDER PROCESSING:
PROCESSING TIME : (Différent from ‘delivery time’)
- S/M art print : Your order will be prepared within 2 to 4 working days. (from Monday to Friday).
- L / Fine Art Print : (fine art print) : Only printed on order. We need from 7 to 12 days to achieve your order before shipping.
CONDITIONING :
All orders are packed carefully with mostly recycled or recyclable supplies.
- S/M Art prints :
All prints which have a larger under 40 cm (M-S print) are protected with a flat cardboard at their back, bubble paper and sent in a cardboard envelope.
Notice : The large dimension of the envelope do not permit a direct delivery in a regular mailbox. If you're absent during the shipping, the carrier should leave you a note permitting to pick up the package at your local postal services.
- Large art prints :
Concern all prints with a width exceeding 40 cm.
The Fine art prints are carefully protected in a tissue and bubble paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
Notice : If your order includes fine art print and S or M art print, the little pieces will be rolled too with the fine art and shipped together.
You will have to unroll carefully and lay all the art prints on a table so it can get its original flat shape.
Or if you prefer to receive your small art print (S or M) flat, you should make two distinct orders.
SHIPPING :
We’re shipping worldwide.
- S/M Art prints : They are sent as "letter" with a tracking number. A limited insurance (under certain conditions) is included in the price.
- L / Fine Art Print : They are sent in a cardboard tube as a "Colissimo" parcel (a french postal services option).
The price includes a tracking number and an insurance in case of loss or damages in exchange for evidences.
DELIVERY TIME :
We can not guarantee the delays below with precisions. It depends of your destination and the actual status of your postal services.
If the package has to go through customs, it may take longer than expected.
- S/M art print : "tracking letter"
- France : (shipping from monday to saturday) : generally between 2 and 4 working days.
- International : Generally from 3 to 8 days.
- L / Fine Art Print : Colissimo
- France : generally 2 days.
- International : Generally from 3 to 8 days.
RISK OF DAMAGES :
We carefully pack art prints in protective cardboard envelopes and tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately (within 2 days) at : hellooakgallerymail.com
In exchange of proofs of the damages (photos, the order number and invoice...)
we can open a claim at our postal services. Note that this kind of procedure might take some time and not conclude to a financial compensation. This decision belongs entirely to the postal services concerned. Nevertheless if any compensations are accepted we contact you immediately to inform you and start the process to pay you back the exact amount of the compensation.
Notice : The compensation will never be a full refund. If you want a more efficient insurance, please contact us so we can advise of another shipping and insurance options. The total cost will be reevaluated according to your choice.
RETURN/REFUND POLICIES :
We offer a 14 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind.
We do not offer exchange.
RETURN :
Returns will be at your own charge. If you wish to return an item please contact us at hellooakgallery@gmail.com before returning any items.
The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same original packaging.
A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel.
The items must be sent back the same way as the first shipping.
- S/M art print : as letter with a tracking number.
- L / Fine Art Print : as parcel with a tracking number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination.
You can’t return your order without a tracking number.
We will retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the items have been returned.
Note that the right of withdrawal is cancelled if you use or damage the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.
When we have received the items and approved the return we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost.
If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Oak Gallery is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUND :
When we have received the items and approved the return we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost.

Buying on this e-shop requires the following information from you, as :

COLORS :
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
